Engineered for the Frontier of Safety

Patented Land Helmets tooling allows the Frontier to sit lower on the user's head, providing enhanced coverage and protection around the entire head.

Top and side impact protection rated for construction, telecom, utility, and energy work. Class C (Vented) design for maximum air circulation and breathability.

At just 550 grams, the Frontier is lightweight for all-day comfort while providing the durability and protection required for demanding work environments.

Reinforced ABS Advanced outer shell paired with a dense EPS foam liner – engineered in-house to absorb top and side impacts without adding bulk or weight.

The ratchet adjustment provides a secure, customizable fit for most head sizes ranging from 52–62 cm, while the 4-point magnetic chin strap buckle allows the helmet to be fastened and released quickly.

Compatible with over a dozen LAND accessories including face shields, earmuffs, visors, headlamps, sunshades and more.
10 Channels. Maximum Heat Release
Most Type II hard hats trade airflow for side-impact protection. The Frontier refuses the tradeoff. Ten precision-engineered ventilation channels move heat off the scalp and pull fresh air across the head, drastically reducing heat stress during long summer shifts, rooftop work, and high-exertion industrial tasks.

The Frontier's oversized ratcheting dial-fit system is sized intentionally. It's built large enough to grip and turn with thick work gloves on, precise enough to hold an exact fit across head sizes 52 to 64 cm. One twist locks in a stable, balanced fit.

Certified to Exceed It
The Frontier meets and exceeds ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) Type II for top and side impact, plus Class C, E, and G ratings for ventilation, electrical, and general protection. Fully OSHA compliant. Independently verified. Built in the USA with proprietary tooling and tested by an American-based safety team.

Real feedback from real people who wear LAND helmets every single day.
A standard cap-style hard hat is usually Type I, protects only against top impact, and uses basic suspension. The Frontier is Type II (360-degree protection), uses a dense EPS foam liner for impact absorption (like a climbing helmet, not just a plastic shell), includes a 4-point chinstrap that keeps it on during a fall, and is built with proprietary in-house tooling. It's a meaningful step up in protection and engineering.
Class C means vented (allows airflow). Class E means electrical protection. Class G means general protection. The Frontier carries all three classifications, making it one of the most versatile certified helmets available across construction, utility, and industrial applications.
Absolutely. We offer custom branding options including pad printing and vinyl decals. Contact our sales team for bulk customization orders.
The Frontier features both universal side slots (for visors, earmuffs, headlamps from Stihl, Husqvarna, 3M, Peltor, and others) and a dedicated frontal accessory slot designed for clip-on headlamps and ID badges. It's built to integrate with the full ecosystem of jobsite PPE.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not included.
The Frontier uses an oversized ratcheting dial-fit system sized intentionally for glove use. It adjusts one-handed across head sizes 52 to 64 cm, locking in a precise fit that holds through dynamic movement.
