The AeroPro features an adjustable vent system with four independent channels. Open all four for maximum airflow during summer months, or close them down for rain and cold-weather work. Each vent is sealed with a gasket to prevent water intrusion when closed.

The 6-point textile suspension cradles the head with even pressure distribution, while the ratchet dial at the back dials in precise fit adjustment with one hand. The integrated sweatband wicks moisture away and is machine-washable for long-term hygiene.

Universal accessory slots on both sides and front accept ear muffs, face shields, visors, and headlamps from all major brands. No adapters, no proprietary lock-in. Build the setup your job demands and swap accessories in seconds.

Independently certified by the Safety Equipment Institute (SEI) to meet ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019) for Industrial Head Protection, the AeroPro undergoes rigorous U.S. third-party laboratory testing for impact protection, penetration resistance, retention-system strength, and overall performance.
