The AeroPro Arborist Safety Helmet with Clear Visor is designed for professional arborists, tree climbers, loggers, forestry crews, and construction workers who require full head and face protection in demanding environments. Whether you’re performing tree trimming, rigging, pruning, logging, utility work, or chainsaw operations, AeroPro provides all-in-one protection that eliminates the need for separate safety glasses or bulky face shields. This helmet combines advanced ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I, EN 397, and EN 12492 certified safety with ergonomic design to meet the needs of professionals working both on the ground and at height.
The integrated clear visor delivers full-face protection against flying debris, sawdust, wood chips, dust, and impact hazards, while maintaining crystal-clear visibility. Anti-fog and anti-scratch coatings ensure reliable vision in rainy, humid, or dusty conditions, and the flip-up mechanism allows for seamless transitions between full-face protection and open-face work. This makes the AeroPro an ideal chainsaw helmet, tree climbing helmet with visor, forestry helmet, or arborist safety helmet for high-risk environments where safety and visibility are critical.
Designed for professionals who spend long hours on the job, the AeroPro combines a lightweight ABS shell with an energy-absorbing EPS liner, delivering superior impact resistance without unnecessary weight or strain. Its low-profile design reduces pressure points, minimizes snagging, and allows smooth integration with harnesses and other PPE, making it ideal for tree climbing, rigging, confined space work, and tower operations.
The helmet features adjustable sliding ventilation ports, allowing airflow customization to maintain comfort in both hot and cold conditions. The ergonomic one-hand ratchet adjustment system ensures a secure, stable fit even while wearing gloves, letting professionals stay focused on their tasks without having to constantly readjust their helmet. Its balanced, lightweight construction helps reduce neck fatigue and strain during extended work periods, making it a reliable choice for arborists, loggers, and industrial crews alike.
Unlike standard hard hats, the AeroPro provides multi-directional impact protection, covering top, side, and rear impacts for enhanced safety during tree work, climbing, rigging, forestry, and construction tasks. The integrated clear visor protects from both airborne hazards and environmental conditions such as dust, sun glare, and debris, creating a single, streamlined protective system.
Universal side accessory slots allow the addition of essential arborist PPE, including ear muffs, helmet-mounted headlamps, communication systems, and additional visors, without interfering with the flip-up design. This versatility ensures that the AeroPro can be adapted to a variety of professional setups, whether you are performing chainsaw work, tree cutting, industrial forestry operations, or construction projects. The low-profile, snag-resistant design ensures mobility in tight spaces while maintaining compatibility with full-body harnesses and other fall-protection equipment.
Tested and certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I, EN 397, and EN 12492, the AeroPro Arborist Helmet with Clear Visor meets global safety standards for both industrial and climbing applications. Its durable ABS shell and energy-absorbing EPS liner are engineered to withstand the demands of harsh outdoor environments, while the integrated visor provides reliable protection against debris, UV exposure, and environmental hazards.
Whether you are an arborist, tree climber, forestry worker, logger, or construction professional, the AeroPro delivers dependable head and face protection for every task. It is designed to be a professional-grade tree climbing helmet with visor, chainsaw face shield helmet, and versatile forestry safety helmet, making it a trusted choice for crews who demand durable, all-in-one protection in challenging work environments.
