  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.
  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. If you experience a problem with your product, please contact our support team with your order details and photos of the issue for review. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Depending on the situation, approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
