What started with sports helmets in the early 1990s has evolved into a global industrial safety operation. Today, Land Helmets designs and manufactures professional-grade head protection from our facility in Cypress, California – serving arborists, construction crews, rescue teams, and utilities across North America.
Land Helmets was created for professionals who need more from their gear - more comfort, more durability, and more confidence on the job.
We believe a helmet should do more than meet a requirement. It should fit well, perform under pressure, and feel good enough to wear all day. That is why we focus on modern protection systems, breathable comfort, and practical design that supports real work.

Our mission is to protect what matters most by creating helmets that workers trust and actually want to wear. We design products that close the gap between safety, comfort, and usability – helping teams stay protected without compromising fit, performance, or confidence.

We're not a reseller or middleman. Every helmet is designed and quality-checked at our facility in Cypress, California. That means better prices and faster turnaround for you.

Our engineering team prototypes, tests, and iterates every product in-house. From impact simulations to ventilation testing, we control the entire development cycle.

Our product roadmap is shaped by real feedback from the people who wear our helmets every day. You tell us what you need, and we build it.
Every helmet is designed with a balance of protection, durability, and usability – so your gear works as hard as you do.
Seamlessly integrates with visors, lights, and hearing protection.
Engineered to absorb and distribute impact forces effectively.
Reduces strain and fatigue during long shifts on site.
Adjustable system ensures a stable, comfortable fit all day.
Every helmet that leaves our facility has passed rigorous impact, penetration, and electrical testing that meets or exceeds ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 requirements. Our in-house testing lab simulates real-world conditions – drops from height, lateral impacts, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures – so you can trust your helmet when it matters most.
We test at every stage: raw material inspection, mid-production sampling, and final batch verification. It's not just about passing certification – it's about building confidence in every unit we ship.
