LAND AEROPRO Helmet Ratchet Assembly
The AEROPRO Helmet Ratchet Assembly is a detachable and replaceable head-lock adjustment system designed specifically for the LAND AEROPRO helmet. Featuring a quick-release design, smooth indexed adjustment, secure locking performance, and simple installation, it provides a convenient and cost-effective solution for replacing worn or damaged components without needing to replace the entire helmet.
Beyond its primary fit-adjustment function, the modular ratchet system allows users to customize helmet fit by installing different head-lock adjusters based on individual head size and comfort preferences. If the helmet feels too loose due to a smaller head circumference, there is no need to replace the entire helmet—simply install a smaller compatible head-lock adjuster (sold separately) for a more secure and comfortable fit.
This modular design also reduces long-term maintenance costs. If the ratchet mechanism becomes worn or damaged over time, only the ratchet assembly needs to be replaced, eliminating the expense of purchasing a new helmet.

Technical Description
The ratchet assembly incorporates a precision-engineered rotating adjustment mechanism and dual snap-in mounting interfaces. The system provides smooth, incremental adjustment while maintaining secure locking performance throughout its operating range.
Its modular architecture allows the ratchet assembly and head-lock adjuster to be independently removed and replaced. This design extends product lifespan, simplifies maintenance, and enables users to customize helmet fit according to individual head shape and size requirements.

LAND Helmets Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documentation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. If the return is due to an error on our end, LAND Helmets will provide a return label or cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a LAND Helmets error.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed helmets, pad printed products, special orders, bulk orders, used helmets, worn PPE, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

This land helmet is an all-in-one head protection kit that offers all the head protection one needs to get the job done safely and right. The lens offers a wide peripheral view which helps to determine footing, surroundings and any possible threats. It also serves as a shield from branches, debris, wood shavings or anything else hazardous to your eyes or face. The sound dampening earmuffs are a functional addition that not only adds protection but comfort as well. There's also a sweat band for the headgear that's easy to install, clean and is effective.
After safety, comfort is the most important criteria when selecting a helmet, and the simple strap assembly which rests on your head on this one is quite comfortable. The single large dial in the back to adjust tightness is very convenient, so you can use the band wrapping around your head to support the helmet instead of the straps if you prefer.
Land safety helmets simply the Best, I ordered the Land Eco Pro helmet for caving and other sports adventures. I have another land helmet that I have been very happy with. The difference in this one is it's much lighter and has head ventilation. I also like the fact that this is a complete kit that offered a face shield as well as attachable earmuffs. I find that those will be useful when I'm doing tree work with the chainsaw. This is a high-end quality helmet meeting ANSI Z89.1 type 1 class certifications. The earmuffs are NER 22DB rated to help protect your hearing. The visor can be ordered in smoke or clear with the Z87.1 rating.
