The Land Helmets ShieldPro Class E Full Brim Safety Helmet is built for professionals who require maximum electrical protection, top-tier impact resistance, and all-day comfort on demanding worksites. Engineered to meet ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Type I, Class E standards and fully OSHA compliant, this helmet provides trusted protection against electrical hazards up to 20,000 volts, making it ideal for utility crews, electrical workers, line technicians, industrial teams, construction crews, and general trades.
With a rugged full-brim design and ergonomic fit, the ShieldPro delivers uncompromising safety and comfort during long, high-intensity shifts.
The helmet’s wide full-brim profile offers 360° protection, shielding the face, ears, and neck from sun, rain, and falling debris. The non-vented Class E shell ensures complete electrical insulation, providing a safer alternative for workers exposed to live circuits, high-voltage environments, and utility installations. Its low-profile, contoured shape improves balance, reduces neck strain, and enhances peripheral vision—ideal for elevated work, confined spaces, and fast-paced industrial tasks.
Inside, the adjustable 4-point suspension system distributes weight evenly across the head for reduced pressure points and superior stability. The smooth ratchet adjuster enables quick, one-handed sizing—even while wearing gloves—ensuring a secure, personalized fit through bending, climbing, overhead tasks, and continuous jobsite movement.
Constructed from an industrial-grade, high-density ABS shell, the ShieldPro is engineered to withstand harsh daily use, impacts, and exposure to tough weather conditions. Its reinforced structure and full-brim design offer long-lasting performance, making it a dependable choice for professionals working in electrical utilities, construction, industrial plants, forestry, traffic control, and other demanding fields requiring certified safety equipment.

Real feedback from real people who wear LAND helmets every single day.
Class E is the highest electrical protection rating under ANSI/ISEA Z89.1. It means the ShieldPro is tested to insulate against electrical contact up to 20,000 volts. If your work involves live circuits, energized panels, overhead lines, or any high-voltage environment, Class E isn't optional. It's the standard.
For Class E electrical protection, the shell has to be fully sealed. Vents would create pathways for current to reach the wearer's head, which defeats the purpose of dielectric insulation. The ShieldPro's non-vented design is what makes it safe for live-circuit work.
Absolutely. We offer custom branding options including pad printing and vinyl decals. Contact our sales team for bulk customization orders.
Yes. The ShieldPro meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I, Class E standards and is fully OSHA-compliant for U.S. construction, utility, electrical, and general industrial work.
The ShieldPro supports a range of brim-friendly accessories, including high-visibility neck shades, chin strap upgrades, and compatible face protection. Note that side-slot accessories common to cap-style helmets may not fit the full-brim profile.
The smooth-glide ratchet system tunes one-handed and works easily with gloves on, fitting head sizes 52 to 66 cm. The 4-point suspension distributes weight evenly to reduce pressure points during long shifts.
