LAND Helmets Return Policy


We want you to be confident in your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documentation.


Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. If the return is due to an error on our end, LAND Helmets will provide a return label or cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a LAND Helmets error.


Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed helmets, pad printed products, special orders, bulk orders, used helmets, worn PPE, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.


Exchanges
If you need to exchange an eligible item, please contact us so we can help you choose the correct product before sending anything back.

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return.

Step 02

Receive Return Instructions

Our team will review your request and provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Step 03

Ship the Item

Pack the returned item securely in its original condition and original packaging, then send it to the provided return address.

Step 04

Inspection and Refund


Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
