Returns & Warranty
LAND Helmets Return Policy
We want you to be confident in your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documentation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. If the return is due to an error on our end, LAND Helmets will provide a return label or cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a LAND Helmets error.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed helmets, pad printed products, special orders, bulk orders, used helmets, worn PPE, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to process the refund.

Type 1 helmets protect the top of the head from impacts, while Type 2 helmets provide protection for both the top and sides of the head, offering more comprehensive coverage for various work environments.
Is the EcoPro OSHA-compliant?
Yes. The EcoPro is fully OSHA-compliant and certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 Type I Class C plus EN 397 for international jobsites. Manufacture date and certification markings are molded directly into the shell for audit verification.
Can I add my company logo to the EcoPro?

What accessories are compatible with the EcoPro?
Universal side slots accept visors, face shields, earmuffs, and headlamps from major brands including Stihl, Husqvarna, 3M, and Peltor. Build the configuration your jobsite requires.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not included.
How do I adjust the suspension system?
The 6-point suspension includes a smooth glide-ratchet dial that adjusts one-handed for head sizes 52 to 66 cm. The replaceable anti-bacterial sweatband pops out for washing and snaps back in clean.
