We want you to be confident in your order. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in new condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included documentation.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. If the return is due to an error on our end, LAND Helmets will provide a return label or cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a LAND Helmets error.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom printed helmets, pad printed products, special orders, bulk orders, used helmets, worn PPE, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Land safety helmets simply the Best, I ordered the Land Eco Pro helmet for caving and other sports adventures. I have another land helmet that I have been very happy with. The difference in this one is it's much lighter and has head ventilation. I also like the fact that this is a complete kit that offered a face shield as well as attachable earmuffs. I find that those will be useful when I'm doing tree work with the chainsaw. This is a high-end quality helmet meeting ANSI Z89.1 type 1 class certifications. The earmuffs are NER 22DB rated to help protect your hearing. The visor can be ordered in smoke or clear with the Z87.1 rating.

Comfortable but has a communication system drawback!

Comfortable fit and lightweight! The only drawback is the adapter slot is not compatible with Husqvarna X-Com R mounting tabs. We also tried Sena mounting tabs and they also do not stay put. Land should create an adapter for these communication systems!

Excellent helmet

Comfortable to wear for long stretches, materials for well made. I’ve been using it as a backup caving helmet while waiting for for a replacement piece for my main helmet but honestly find this one more comfortable.

Nice helmet, but a Type 2 price for a Type 1

The LAND AeroPro helmet is very nice and looks like it will provide great protection. It has all the stickers and labeling for the US workplace and it really does look like it meets or exceeds the requirements for Type 1. I am a bit confused by the rating because it looks like a Type 2, but the inspector will be looking at the label, so be sure you are wearing what you are supposed to.I like this type of helmet for indoor, in machinery, rescue, and climbing work because it sits close to the head and doesn't have projections to snag on your environment. This also helps reduce fatigue in my head, neck, and shoulders. It sits much better on my head than a similar Petzl model. The harness has great adjustability and is very comfortable. It's not the cheapest helmet out there, and costs almost as much as a Type 2 Petzl, so there is room for better value. I ordered a red one and a black one arrived, which is probably Amazon's fault and not the manufacturer.

Nice hard hat

I use it for tree trimming in my yard, and it feels nice and comfortable for cool weather. Might be too hot in the summer, but it's been really good so far.

Super comfortable and sleek!

I don't normally write Amazon reviews, but this AeroPro helmet is a joy to wear. For an industry or climbing helmet, it looks very well-made and sleek and has adjustable vents. It feels very secure and surprisingly comfortable on my head. My past helmets were hard to adjust, but now I can have a perfect fit (in one second) for this helmet with a quick twist of the adjustment dial at the back.What do I wish we could improve? At the time of purchase, I was limited to only 3 colors. As an industry safety helmet, safety helmets are normally color-coded for specific jobs. Please give us more options! :)

Lightweight, very adjustable and includes cooling vents.

This is a lightweight climbing helmet and it fits teens and adults well. Nicely adjustable. The vents help cool and there is ample space within the helmet to keep you cool. Black probably isn't the best color in the sun. The price is on the high end, but it is a quality helmet.

Perfect fit, super comfortable!

This helmet is extremely comfortable....What I like best about it is that I can use it not just for arbor work, but also other at-height work I do. The ventilation system works perfectly and keeps me cool when I'm working for an extended period of time. I've tried other helmets on the market but this one to me seems like the lightest in weight.Holds very secure when I'm in motion (which is most of the time!) and doesn't move around when I move my head. Nice and secure. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

Great quality helmet, fits my head well

Got this for rock climbing it fits my head well and is quick to take on and off. It does stick up a little tall but I think that’s because it has a suspension system keeping your head away from the actual inside of the helmet in case ofImpact

Comfortable Hard Hat

The fit of this hard hat is comfortable and secure. It seems like it will protect well, and the ventilation is fairly good. However, there are some small plastic pieces that tend to fall out easily. Not the biggest deal, but a bit annoying.

Well Made Type 2 Helmet - Comfortable - Some Neat and Innovative Features!

This is my first experience with AeroPro personal protective equipment, and I pleasantly surprised by the quality of the helmet, especially at this price point. I run a safety consulting business and often have customers who are looking for good quality PPE that is readily available on Amazon. I try to review these off-shore PPE products whenever they show up on Vine and I can get one of them to try out. I've tried lots of stuff that turned out to be junk, but this AeroPro helmet from Land is very nice quality.I opted for the black color instead of the red or blue. My initial assessment was that I was impressed with the overall quality of the manufacturing and was excited to try it out and see how it felt while on the job. I wore it two days ago to go do some field audits for one of my customers in the construction industry. I'm trying to get as many of my customers as possible to switch over to a type 2 helmet from their type 1 hard hats and I try to lead by example. The helmet is very comfortable to wear. It feels very typical for a type 2 helmet, which bears a touch more weight on the head than most of your type 1 hard hats would.The suspension adjusts easily using the knob on the back of the headgear and has room for even pretty big heads. I have to wear a XXL flexfit hat, and there is still at least 3/4" of an inch left in the suspension after I adjust it to my head. This is a type C helmet (conductive) and has vents on each side of the top of the helmet that you can close when you're working in the cold and want to keep the heat of your head inside. This is a great feature, and I believe the first helmet I have encountered with these type of vents. Very cool!The chin strap is solid and the buckle is easy to operate with one hand. It has built in holders to keep the band of a LED headlamp in place while wrapped around the helmet, which again is a nice feature. The headgear is a sort of hybrid compared to most of the type 2 helmets I have worn. It has a 6 way strap suspension like a normal hard hat, then a soft foam pad like a bike helmet, then finally a solid foam insert up against the helmet itself. It results in a pretty comfortable wearer experience and I think it will do a good job providing adequate protection.This is a really nice helmet at this point that i would put up against just about anything out there on the market including Kask, Petzel or Studson. Very nice helmet for $90 and I will absolutely recommend this brand to my customers who want a quality type 2 helmet at a very reasonable price.

Really nice hare hat

Got this for ground work on tree jobs. This hard hat is as good if not better than the usual Arborist brands. Rather than just an unfilled dome, this one has foam in it like a bicycle helmet. Great for extra protection. The suspension system is nicely done and it's super comfortable to wear. It sits tight on your head and is easily adjustable. The venting is nice and they actually click to lock into position. The chin strap is easy to use and it stays tight.Overall I like this better than my name brand. It's too bad it doesn't have standard attachments for ear muffs and a face shield because this would be perfect. 5-stars anyway because it is really good as-is.
