We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Land Helmets. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your helmet within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that for safety reasons, we can only accept helmets that are in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. We cannot accept returns of used items under any circumstances.

If your helmet arrives defective or damaged, contact us right away. We will provide instructions for the return, and once the product is inspected, a refund will be issued.

At this time, we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different style or size, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

All approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
