The AeroPro Arborist Safety Helmet with Smoke Visor Kit is built for professional arborists, tree climbers, loggers, and forestry crews who need integrated head, eye, and face protection in demanding outdoor environments. Designed for tree trimming, removals, logging, and chainsaw operations, this helmet functions as a premium arborist hard hat, chainsaw helmet, and forestry safety helmet with added glare protection for high-visibility conditions.
Constructed with a rugged ABS outer shell and energy-absorbing EPS liner, the AeroPro is a Type 1 Class C arborist helmet engineered for reliable impact protection while remaining lightweight and balanced for extended wear. Certified to ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I, it delivers dependable arborist head protection for professionals working in industrial forestry, utility line clearance, and tree service operations.
The integrated smoke-tinted visor is ANSI Z87.1 rated, offering professional-grade eye and face protection against glare, flying debris, dust, and UV exposure. This makes the AeroPro an ideal chainsaw safety helmet for bright outdoor work where visual comfort and protection are critical.
Designed for long hours in the canopy and on the ground, the AeroPro arborist helmet features adjustable sliding ventilation ports that allow airflow control in changing weather conditions. This ventilated design helps reduce heat buildup during summer climbs while maintaining comfort during cooler forestry and logging work.
The ANSI Z87.1 anti-glare smoke visor integrates directly into the helmet, reducing the need for separate safety glasses or goggles. Anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings maintain clear visibility in humid, dusty, or variable conditions, while the flip-up visor mechanism allows quick transitions between shaded and open vision. This configuration is ideal for professionals seeking a tree climbing helmet with visor, chainsaw face shield helmet, or arborist helmet with visor.
A one-hand ratchet adjustment system ensures a secure, customized fit even while wearing gloves, supporting uninterrupted productivity during climbing, rigging, and chainsaw use.
Unlike traditional hard hats, the AeroPro arborist climbing helmet provides multi-directional impact protection, including side and rear coverage essential for tree work, logging, rope access, and technical rescue. The EPS liner enhances energy absorption during both vertical and lateral impacts commonly encountered during tree cutting and chainsaw operations, while the low-profile design improves balance and reduces neck fatigue.
Universal side accessory slots allow the helmet to be configured as a complete chainsaw PPE system, supporting ear muffs, helmet-mounted headlamps, communication devices, and additional accessories without interfering with the visor. This makes it suitable as a chainsaw helmet with face shield and ear muffs, forestry helmet, or tree service helmet for professional crews.
Certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014, EN 397, and EN 12492, the AeroPro with Smoke Visor meets global safety standards for both industrial and climbing applications. Built for harsh outdoor environments, it performs reliably as a forestry hard hat, logging helmet, and arborist safety helmet trusted by professionals who demand integrated protection, comfort, and durability.
