When lives are on the line, you need gear that delivers absolute reliability. Our ANSI-certified rescue helmet provides next-level protection, comfort, and adaptability for professionals working in technical rescue, confined space operations, rope access, and emergency response. Built from high-performance ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) and EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), this helmet combines outstanding impact resistance, lightweight design, and long-term durability, ideal for the most demanding rescue environments.
Engineered to meet ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type I, EN 397, and EN 12492 standards, it delivers certified protection against top, side, and rear impacts, giving you complete confidence in high-risk missions, whether you're performing search and rescue, industrial rigging, tower rescue, or disaster response.
Long missions demand comfort as much as protection. This technical rescue helmet features adjustable venting, allowing you to regulate airflow for optimal comfort in hot or cold weather. The one-handed ratchet adjustment dial ensures a secure, precise fit in seconds, perfect for fast-paced rescue operations where every moment counts.
Equipped with universal side accessory slots, it’s compatible with a wide range of rescue gear including hearing protection, visors, communication systems, and helmet-mounted lighting. Its adaptability makes it a versatile choice for fire departments, EMS teams, SAR units, and rope access technicians.
Unlike traditional hard hats that only protect from vertical impacts, this rescue helmet delivers multi-directional impact resistance, including side and rear coverage essential for rope work, climbing, and confined space rescues. Its energy-absorbing EPS liner and high-density ABS shell work together to reduce neck strain while maintaining superior protection and mobility.
The low-profile, modern design ensures compatibility with other personal protective equipment (PPE), allowing unrestricted movement and visibility during critical operations.
Tested and certified to global standards, this ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014, EN 397, and EN 12492 compliant helmet is built to perform under extreme conditions. Whether used in urban search and rescue, water rescue, or high-angle operations, its ventilated, rugged construction prevents overheating and stands up to the toughest environments.
With a focus on safety, comfort, and adaptability, our rescue helmet is the professional choice for crews who demand performance when it matters most.

The AeroPro features an adjustable vent system with four independent channels. Open all four for maximum airflow during summer months, or close them down for rain and cold-weather work. Each vent is sealed with a gasket to prevent water intrusion when closed.
