Buying a safety helmet is the easy part. Building the full setup around it is where things get complicated.
You might need a visor, hearing protection, a mesh face shield, or a headlamp. Buy those from different places and you end up asking the same question every time: will this actually fit my helmet?
The LAND AeroPro is built to take that question off the table. It's a vented safety helmet with its own visor kits, Arbor Kit, accessories, and replacement parts, all designed around the same helmet. Here's what that means on the job.
AeroPro at a glance

Set it up for the work you actually do
Not every worker needs the same helmet setup. An arborist may want face and hearing protection. Someone working at height may want an integrated visor. Another worker may just need a light, vented helmet and a headlamp.
AeroPro gives you one helmet to start from, and you add what the job calls for:
-
Clear, Mirror/Smoke, and Tinted visors
-
Mesh face shield
-
Hearing protection
-
Headlamps
-
Sunshades
-
Replacement sweatbands and other components
Start with what you need today and add to it as your work changes.

Skip the compatibility guesswork
Mixing PPE from different manufacturers usually means checking mounts, slots, and adapters before the gear ever gets used. Will this visor mount? Will these earmuffs fit the slots? Did I forget a piece of hardware?
LAND designs AeroPro accessories and kits for the AeroPro itself. Pick the helmet, then pick the configuration or accessories you need.
That means less time checking compatibility and less time sourcing individual components. For crews, dealers, and distributors, it also makes ordering and recommending setups a lot simpler.
Or start with a ready-made kit
You don't have to build your AeroPro piece by piece.
AeroPro Arbor Kit. For tree care and forestry. The AeroPro helmet, a stainless-steel mesh face shield, and NRR 22 dB hearing protection, packaged as one system. If you're looking for an arborist helmet with a face shield and ear protection, this is the shortest path.
AeroPro Clear Visor Kit. Integrated eye and face protection without a dark lens.
AeroPro Mirror/Smoke Visor Kit. For outdoor work where glare is a concern.
AeroPro Tinted Visor. Our newest visor option, with a darker lens for bright outdoor conditions.
Choose the setup that matches your working conditions from day one, instead of treating the visor as an afterthought.
Comfortable for long, active days
A helmet only protects you if you keep it on. AeroPro weighs about 550 g, and its 6-point textile suspension spreads pressure around the head. The rear ratchet adjusts quickly, even one-handed.
The adjustable vents let you open things up for airflow on a hot climb and close them when the weather turns. For arborists, climbers, and rescue teams who are moving all day, that control makes a real difference.

Replace worn parts, not the whole helmet
Sweatbands get dirty. Padding wears down. Those parts usually wear out long before the shell does.
AeroPro's common wear parts can be replaced individually, and replacement sweatbands and other components are available from LAND.
That helps maintain the fit and comfort over time and makes PPE upkeep easier for companies managing multiple helmets.
Always follow the AeroPro user instructions for inspection and for when to replace the helmet itself.
One platform for the whole crew
One worker needs a visor. Another needs hearing protection and a mesh face shield. Another just needs the helmet and a headlamp.
With AeroPro as the common starting point, you can set up each worker for their job without bringing in a different helmet for every task.
That simplifies:
-
Training and helmet familiarity
-
Accessory selection
-
Replacement-part ordering
-
Crew PPE standards
-
Inventory planning
For dealers and distributors, the same advantage applies: one helmet platform can cover customers who need several different setups.

Certified for professional work
AeroPro is a Type I, Class C vented safety helmet certified to ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014. It's also certified to EN 397 for industrial helmets and EN 12492 for mountaineering and climbing.
That makes it a fit for tree care, climbing, rescue, work at height, and industrial sites where a vented Class C helmet is appropriate.
Important: Class C helmets provide no electrical protection. If your work requires electrical protection, choose a helmet with the appropriate electrical class.
